After 19 years of experience managing accounting departments in various privately held business Mr. Richman decided to start his own company. For the 7 years just prior to starting Richman Financial Corporation, Mr. Richman was Accounting Manager, also sitting on the Executive Planning Committee, of a large design firm contracting with Fortune 100 companies and public entities.
Mr. Richman attended UCLA for accounting studies and passed the rigorous Special Enrollment Exams, three 3 1/2 hour tests, on the first try to receive his E.A. certificate. Mr. Richman’s expertise is in business tax returns of all types, individual taxes, bookkeeping and payroll.
Richman Financial Corporation team members are Michael Pusey, CPA, DeAnna DeLisle, MBA and Crisdina Reroma, bookkeeper.
Mike Pusey, CPA
Mr. Pusey has an extensive background that includes senior positions in public and private companies as well as operating his own tax practice. As V.P. Assistant Tax Director of Great Western Savings (a NYSE company) he oversaw taxation and planning for their real estate division. He has written or contributed to five tax books including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Study No. 2 Tax Planning Techniques for Individuals (1980). Mr. Pusey is well versed in charitable organizations, corporations, trusts, partnerships and individual taxation.
Crisdina Reroma, Bookkeeper
Crisdina comes from the Philippines where she was a Certified Public Accountant. She’s been working here in the US since 2008 and been with Richman Financial Corporation since 2010. Her skill working with QuickBooks and Peachtree with all manner of bookkeeping services has been a great value to our company and our clients.
DeAnna DeLisle, MBA
DeAnna received her Bachelor of Science in accounting, graduating Cum Laude, in 2002. She went on to receive her Masters of Business Administration in 2004. Since then she has worked in a number of crucial accounting positions setting up accounting systems, performing full-charge bookkeeping services including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, 1099 reporting, sales tax reporting, bank account reconciliation and year-end closing activities. She is also adept at making use of the latest technologies regarding cloud, phone and computer applications.
